By accessing, browsing and using this website, you are deemed a user and you accept these terms and conditions, without prejudice to the application of any mandatory legal provisions.

2. Purpose and scope

These terms and conditions govern the purchase of posters, decorative prints and other products offered by Posters House through its website. These conditions shall apply to all purchases made by consumers and users residing in Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory regulations applicable when products are sold to other territories.

3. Order requirements

To place an order, the customer must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into contracts. The customer undertakes to provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information. Posters House may reject or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, manifest pricing errors, inability to supply, incomplete or incorrect data, or prior breaches by the customer, refunding any amounts paid as appropriate.

4. Purchasing process

The purchasing process generally comprises the following stages: product selection, addition to cart, entry of billing and shipping details, selection of shipping method, choice of payment method, final order review and confirmation of the purchase with payment obligation. Before completing the order, the customer may identify and correct any errors in the data entered. Once the process is complete, Posters House will send the customer an order confirmation by email on a durable medium.

5. Products, availability and characteristics

The products displayed on the website are offered while they remain published and subject to availability. Posters House endeavours to display descriptions, dimensions, images and colours as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to the user's screen settings, which shall not be considered a defect provided the product is substantially in conformity with the description offered. In the event of subsequent unavailability after the order has been placed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and offered, where appropriate, an equivalent alternative or a full refund of the amounts paid.

6. Prices, taxes and payment

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable indirect taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise. Shipping costs and any other applicable additional charges will be shown separately before confirming the order. Accepted payment methods: cards (Visa, Mastercard...), Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Transactions are processed securely through Stripe, which complies with international data security standards (PCI DSS). Posters House may adopt reasonable verification measures to prevent fraudulent transactions.

7. Shipping and delivery

Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer during the purchasing process. Posters House reports the following estimated delivery zones and timeframes: 2 to 5 days. Unless otherwise agreed, the order will be fulfilled without undue delay and within the maximum legal period of 30 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract. If Posters House is unable to meet the applicable delivery deadline, the customer will be informed and may grant a reasonable additional period or terminate the contract with a refund of the amounts paid. Posters House shall not be liable for delays attributable solely to the customer, incorrect or incomplete delivery details, or force majeure circumstances, without prejudice to the consumer's statutory rights.

8. Transfer of risk

The risk of loss or damage to the products shall pass to the customer when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. If the customer arranges transport with a carrier other than the one proposed by Posters House, the risk shall pass upon delivery of the goods to said carrier, without prejudice to the consumer's rights against the carrier.

9. Right of withdrawal

Except in legally exempted cases, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. To exercise this right, the customer must clearly communicate their decision to Posters House by email to postershouse61@gmail.com or to the postal address indicated in these conditions, providing at least the order number and the information necessary to identify the purchase.

In the event of withdrawal, Posters House will refund all payments received from the customer, including, where applicable, delivery costs corresponding to the least expensive standard delivery option offered, without undue delay and in any event within 14 calendar days from the date on which Posters House is informed of the decision to withdraw. The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.

10. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal shall not apply in the legally established cases. Since all Posters House products are not personalised or made to order, the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal on all products purchased, unless the law provides otherwise.

11. Defective, damaged or incorrect products

If the customer receives a damaged, defective, transport-damaged or incorrect product, they must notify Posters House within a reasonable period from becoming aware of it, attaching, where possible, photographs and the order number. Posters House will assess the issue and, where legally appropriate, offer repair, replacement, price reduction or contract termination, in addition to reimbursement of costs borne by the consumer where applicable.

12. Legal guarantee

All products sold to consumers and users are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for under Spanish law. For new goods, the seller's liability for lack of conformity is 3 years from delivery. The consumer must report any lack of conformity within a reasonable period from detection. The guarantee does not cover damage resulting from misuse, inadequate storage, incorrect handling or normal wear and tear, provided this is duly substantiated and does not constitute a limitation of the consumer's statutory rights.

14. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the website, including texts, images, designs, logos, photographs, layouts and other elements, is protected by intellectual and industrial property rights owned by Posters House or licensed third parties. Reproduction, distribution, transformation, public communication or exploitation without prior written authorisation from the corresponding rights holder is prohibited.

15. Data protection, cookies and legal notice

Personal data provided during the purchasing process will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and the website's Privacy Policy. The use of cookies is governed by the Cookie Policy. Likewise, the general identification information of the provider and the terms of use of the website are set out in the Legal Notice, all of which are supplementary to these terms and conditions.

16. Amendment of conditions

Posters House may amend these conditions to adapt them to legal, operational or commercial changes. In any case, the conditions in force at the time the order is placed shall apply to each order.

17. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. Where the buyer is a consumer, any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the consumer's domicile or to those with jurisdiction under applicable regulations. Nothing in this clause shall limit the rights granted to the consumer by mandatory legislation.

19. Force majeure

Posters House shall not be liable for delays or non-performance arising from causes beyond its control, including but not limited to: technical failures, Internet outages, natural disasters, strikes, supply disruptions, acts of authorities or any other force majeure event.
