Returns policy

1. Return period
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return, in accordance with applicable legislation.
2. Conditions
The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Posters damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return.
3. Process
To initiate a return, contact us at postershouse61@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide you with shipping instructions.
4. Refund
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned product. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
5. Defective products
If the product arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
